Dynamically Parenting the Arms
In this video we learned how to dynamically parent the arms of a character to the chest of the character. This is achieved by adding a driving attribute to the arm controllers, adding constraints, and connecting them. This dynamic parenting allows the character to change what the arms are parented to and allows us to rotate the character and have the arms follow different points of rotation.

Using Our Joint Resolution Tool to Segment the Character's Spine
In this video we learned how to use the Joint Resolution Tool to add additional joints to a single joint without messing up the current bone structure. This is extremely useful if you need to add more bones anywhere to the body (like the neck, leg, or spine area).
